Healthy Families is a California State-Sponsored program for children of low to moderate income families, offering health, dental, and vision coverage. Monthly premiums vary from $4 to $32 per child, based on children's ages, family size, and income. This premium is capped at $72 per month for all eligible children in a family. Co-payments for eligible services received through contracted providers range from $5 to $15 depending on the service.
