The State of California Access for Infants & Mothers (AIM) Program is part of California's efforts to increase health care for mothers and their infants. AIM provides low-cost health insurance to middle-income pregnant women who are not eligible for no-cost Medi-Cal or traditional health insurance. Pregnant women can choose a health plan that serves the area in which they live.
